These documents are a collection of our most important document known as the By Laws, the Membership Handbook, the Content and Consent Policy, the Storyteller Best Practice and finally the New Member Toolkit.
With these you'll be good to go and participate in our activities. Don't forget the Standards are a good way to test your knowledge of the organization.
COVID 19 Waivers
A COVID 19 Waiver is required for all attendees of live, in person, events. A waiver is required to be filled out the day of the event. If the event is over a course of consecutive days, this waiver will only need to be filled out once.
Canada at Midnight has a set of standardized tests on club material that players may complete for prestige. These standards help players quickly familiarize themselves with the way the organization is run and how to conduct themselves appropriately both in- and out-of-game. Each standard focuses on a different aspect of the club’s membership materials.
Members who completed the ordeals used previously by the club may complete the standards for additional prestige.
Please note that while anyone may complete it and submit it for marks, only new members will be awarded prestige for completing the New Member standard.
As of 2018, all primary club officers are required to complete all available standards except the New Member standard.
